Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can also start with our free Hobby plan to test the core features.
You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime to add more members. Your existing data and settings are preserved during the upgrade.
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Yes, you save about 17% when you choose annual billing (equivalent to 2 months free). Annual plans are billed once per year.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA direct debit, and bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
The Door Access add-on integrates with Nuki smart locks. Your members can unlock doors directly from the selfdesk app. You control which members have access to which doors.
The Pro plan includes up to 3 locations. For additional locations, you can add the Extra Location add-on at €39/month per location. Each location has its own desks, rooms, and settings.
All plans include email support. Standard and Pro plans get priority support with faster response times. Pro plans also get dedicated onboarding assistance.
